How many movers can I book?+
Family Lifts offers 2–4 person crews. We recommend the crew size based on your home or office, inventory, access, timeline, and any heavy items.
Do you require a minimum booking?+
Standard hourly moves have a two-hour minimum. Any deposit, travel, or special-item requirements will be shown clearly in your written estimate before you reserve.
Can I request a same-day move?+
Yes. Same-day help is available when a suitable crew and equipment are open. Contact us as early as possible for the best chance of availability.
Do you handle long-distance moves?+
Long-distance work is quoted individually based on route, inventory, schedule, crew, truck, fuel, and any overnight requirements.
What should I include in my quote request?+
Include the date, pickup and destination areas, property size, stairs or elevators, major furniture, heavy or specialty items, additional stops, and whether you need a truck.
